Academic interests

My research interests are evolutionary biology and natural diversity. My aim is understanding the small mechanisms at the basis of life to better comprehend bigger phenomena at larger timescales.

My PhD project consists in studying phenotypic evolution in mammals, more specifically how phenotypic traits within mammal species are predictors for changes among mammalians species.

Apart from my PhD project, I also have a strong interest in biodiversity, conservation, and paleontology.
