Dr. Sabine von Mering (Museum für Naturkunde in Berlin) leads the new TDWG Research Expeditions task group. During her guest researcher visit to the University of Oslo Natural History Museum in Oslo she shared her data science and research experience in two seminars. Her Tangled Bank seminar at the museum presented documentation and digitization of the collections and research expeditions in Berlin. Her seminar for the UiO Data Managers Network at the University Library focused on using Wikidata for collaborative interdisciplinary documentation of information including research expeditions.
