Description of Project
Samples from the species north-south distribution will be analysed using microsatellites/AFLP and sequences. Genetic variation within and among populations will be analyzed. Some of the species are on the Norwegian red-list and information of genetic variation is important for conservation aspects. In addition will biogeograpic patterns and spreading history be studied.
