If there is a need for an invoice for payment instead of payment through the Final Register Form pages, please contact <t.a.bakke@nhm.uio.no>. If so, please state your E-mail address, the postal address for the invoice, which fees to be paid and the total amount. If the request for invoice is received by us before June 1st it will be invoiced as an early registration fee. The invoice will be sent to you via E-mail attachment.

ACCOMPANYING PERSON: NOK 1000
Banquet dinner NOK 800
Post-conference tour NOK 700 (NB: the number of participants on the tour is limited to 40 persons)
Early registration enclosure is June 1st. Late registration fee increases after June 1st with NOK 400 (EUR 50).
The absolute final deadline for registration is set to June 15th, 2011.
Cancellations before June 1st, 2011 will be refunded in full, minus a processing fee of NOK 400 (EUR 50) for professionals and NOK 200 (EUR 25) for students and attendees. No refund of any kind will be given for cancellations occurring after June 1st 2011.
