Ingrid will use statistical analyses and conduct model experiments to improve our understanding of what determines the current position of tree- and forest lines. She will also study what has been driving the expansion of trees and forests since the early 1900s.
Ingrid will use data collected by GEco members, former scientists, and citizens that have contributed to the Natur i endring project. She plans to expand the data set in the upcoming summers.
