I am interested in several aspects of morphology:

Convergent evolution: How predictable is phenotypic convergence?
Evolutionary constraints: How is morphological diversity shaped by physical, developmental, and phylogenetic limitations?
Division of labor: What drives (or prohibits) phenotypic specialization of individuals in colonial organisms? Does division of labor truly increase efficiency / fitness?
Trait-Environment relationships: Which traits a linked to envirnomental conditions and why?
